Description
The Mosel River valley in Germany is famous for its wines, especially Riesling. In 2014, the Hofstatter winery of Alto Adige undertook a project to revive historic vineyards on the banks of the Saar (a Mosel tributary) which were part of the Weingut Dr Fischer winery.
The Steinbock Riesling is the entry point to the selection of premium Riesling now being produced under the Hofstatter umbrella.
