Description
A cremone is a big version of a cremino a favourite sweet from Piedmont which has layers of smooth, semi-firm, chocolate usually flavoured with finely-ground hazelnuts.
This giant version also has whole hazelnuts in the centre layer. Serve the cremone whole, allowing everyone to slice or shaved off pieces to accompany desserts, coffee and liqueurs.
