Porcini mushroom powder is used when the flavour of porcini is desired without pieces or mushroom such as porcini flavoured pasta or some risotti. It is made from the select quality porcini mushrooms that have been naturally dried and ground.

Porcini mushrooms are an excellent example of a genuinely Tuscan ingredient. For centuries fresh porcini have been gathered in autumn and naturally dried to ensure their availability during the rest of the year.
Naturbosco forage for their porcini mushrooms in locations across Tuscany, Umbria and Piedmont which remain a closely guarded family secret. These mushrooms are not treated in any way, and they are not genetically modified.
Use porcini mushrooms flour to add porcini flavour to pasta dough, soups, sauces and risotto.
