Description
The southern portion of Lake Garda in Lombardy is well known for the high calling to wines made from white grapes. But the unique climate and soils of this lakeside locale provide ideal conditions for growing red grapes as well.
The Ronchedone (Ron-keh-dough-neh) has been a customer favourite for years for its dark, rich fruity appeal, its smokiness, and its ability to match well with a variety of foods.
The palate is powerful with bright red fruit flavours like cranberry, morello cherry, and secondary flavours like herbs, balsamic, and berry jam.
