Description
Sauvignon I Cedri is named for the cedar trees that surround the small 1.7-acre vineyard at Villa Pattono, a picturesque estate in the hills of Monferrato. The wine is luxuriously expressive and displays distinctive traits of origin for a Piedmontese white wine, with typical minerality underscoring notes of passion fruit, tomato leaf and a highlight of sweet herbs. I Cedri will drink beautifully alongside seafood, roast meats, and grilled vegetable dishes.
