2019 Season - Certified Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil Made from 100% estate grown fruit in the Anglesea hinterland of the Surf Coast region of Victoria. It is an 80/20 blend of Picual and Arbequina olives.

Stephen Parker grows his olives using sustainable and low-impact agricultural practices and take the same approach to their olive oil. Olives are cold pressed within 24 hours and allowed to settle, but remain unfiltered.

2019 HARVEST: A very dry Autumn in 2018 led to a sporadic crop across many groves in the region. Heavy rain in May and June 2019 resulted in difficult and delayed harvesting. It is noticeable that the oils are riper and generally softer with a more dominant spice than fruit character this season.

Mt Moriac Estate Spanish is made from 100% Estate grown fruit blended from Arbequina and Picual olive varieties. This medium style EVOO has a shows a nose of tomato bush and figs with notes of orange peel. This EVOO was recently awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2019 Australian International Olive Oil Awards.

Serving Suggestions: This is a versatile EVOO that will compliment any dish as a finishing oil, for shallow frying and roasting, or just for dipping crusty bread.
