Description
Umbria is often described as the 'green heart' of Italy. It is striking in beauty and boasts an abundance of fantastic regional foods and distinctive wines.
A special selection of sagrantino grapes are hand picked and left to dry naturally on racks for two months before they are pressed. The grape skins are left in contact with the wine for two weeks and the wine ages in barrel for 24 months.
