This unique honey from Central Italy has distinctive flavour as it is derived from the nectar of various flowers. The hills of Abruzzo and Marche are filled with various trees such as the apricot, sour cherry, almond, walnut, sunflower, apple and many other varieties of flowers from which the bees collect nectar resulting in a complex mix of aromas and flavours. Enjoy as a breakfast honey to sweeten muesli and yoghurt. Drizzle over cakes and pastry.

From their home base in the Abruzzo Region of Italy, ADI's Iacovanelli family cares for their bees on strictly organic foraging lands. The hives are transported to forests, orchards and wilderness areas that have been certified as meeting the strict conditions of organic production.

Their honey is harvested only when they are fully mature - when each honey's flavour, colour, aroma, and nutritional content reaches its pinnacle. The family takes great care to remove only that portion of honey that has minimal impact on the health of the colony.
