Description
Vigorello was the precursor to an entire generation of wines now known as Supertuscan. It represents the contrarian winemaking approach to make a red wine in the Chianti zone without Sangiovese. Vigorello nonetheless preserves the characteristics of a Tuscan wine.
The wine displays a velvety smooth palate with structure and length. Lots of ripe red fruit with a touch of vanilla and spice.
