**BEST BEFORE 7/2023** Sweet Sicilian tomatoes are partially sun dried, to concentrate their flavour, but also to leave behind a bit of the juiciness and vitality of a fresh tomato. Preserved in Sicilian extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with oregano, basil and garlic.

After the tomatoes are semi-dried, the ingredients are mixed and bottled.
Serving Suggestions: Great for bruschetta, sandwiches, and chopped finely for addition to sauces.
