Castello di Ama Acquavite is produced from the grape pomace (whole grapes after juice pressing) of Sangiovese harvested from their renowned Bellavista vineyard. This acquavite was produced from the 2007 vintage harvest.

The taste is extremely well-balanced and is appreciated for its elegance and delicacy, along with a rich Sangiovese aroma.
