Description
Liquore d'Erbe was first produced in 1918, prepared according to the recipe of the founder Bepi Tosolini with the original blend of 15 varieties of herbs, including angelica, star anise, wormwood and marine gentian foraged in the Friulian lagoon. The herbs are macerated in brandy and pure water from the Friulian Alps and aged in ash barrels.
Full-bodied, aromatic citrus notes come through on the nose. The palate reveals sweet freshness with distinctive notes of MediterraneanĀ herbs at the finish.
